Hey Whats up everyone? My name is Brett Shannon and I have been married to the best Wife in the whole world Lydia. I grew up in St Petersburg Florida and lived in the same house until I went to college. I have an older sister and older brother. They are definitely the coolest siblings. In 2002 I graduated from High School and then went to Ohio Valley University in West Virginia and majored in Bible and played baseball until my shoulder gave out. When you are a pitcher and your shoulder goes out, it is a liitle hard to continue. After I graduated in 2006 I got a Job at the West Broward Church of Christ where I am the youth and family minster. I love it here and I am so blessed to be at a church where people want to serve God that way he wants and the chance to serve him.
In the youth group right now we are working on growing closer to God by serving him and following his word. We are working to build a community of youth that are focused on God and are desperattly seeking to serve him. The next couple of years are going to be amazing becuase I know that God is going to bless us greatly.
In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my wife and doing pretty much anything I can with her. I also love movies, frisbee gold, watching a plyaing sports, video games, reading, and just hanging out and having a good time.
